On September 1st 2009, Station 51 was dispatched to the area of 67 Texas Rd. for a mva with possible entrapment. Deputy Kivet and Chief Pipero arrived almost simultaneously and confirmed a two car head on collison with one victim trapped. Squad 51(A/O Mangeri) arrived and with his crew of 3 removed the driver side door so EMS could access the patient. Rescue 51(Lt. Steinhauser) was also on location and assisted with the operation.
